Delivery

Orders are dispatched the same day if you place your order before 4pm, otherwise it’ll be dispatched the next working day.

We aim to deliver all orders to addresses in the UK in 3-5 working days, however, delivery can take up to 10 working days. Items may arrive separately. Delivery to Ireland may take an additional 2-3 working days.

If you live outside the UK, you will receive your order within 15 working days.

Orders placed via our website to customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to local sales taxes and import duty, including VAT within the European Union. Courier administrative fees may also apply.

At present, for all orders placed from outside of the United Kingdom we have removed the VAT and it is the responsibility of the customer to satisfy any sales tax, VAT or duties that may arise as a result of a purchase. Due to the current economic climate, tax, VAT, and/or duties may be substantial.

Fiit accepts no responsibility for the payment of sales tax and duties due outside of the United Kingdom. We are working with our courier partners to provide local taxes on behalf of our customers as a part of the purchase.

Returns

You have the right to change your mind within 14 days of receipt of your products and request a refund. To exercise this right, you must, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after your cancellation notice, return the products to us at your own cost. If the item is faulty please contact us.

Any products must be returned in accordance with our instructions, unused, unworn, in its original condition and include all, tags, parts and accessories that were included within the original packaging. We cannot accept any items for return that are not in their original packaging. Products are returned at your own cost and we are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
